Hello friends, Hacking system with Open Port, huh in previous lesson#52 #PORT we have learnt about port and how it works, before continue read it. Because its a second of part of that lesson.
Before you start to read this article, I hope you have read this article which covers basics of ports.
And I suggest you to read these articles to build a good base:

So lets begin, If you wanna hack/Exploit a system then you must find ip, After then scan the ip address for open port. You can make use Nmap for scanning. After you have identified the open port, you can start Exploitation. For example if port 23 is open that means you can connect to that computer with telnet as because port number 23 is for telnet service. During connection it will also ask for user id and password. So now its time to run your mind, as i said before how much Secure the system be, if your brain not secure then anyone can hack you. Now if your traget is a office website then they keep random passwords, so every staff can access or sometimes people forget to change random password provided by service, example you can try
user: admin
pass: admin
pass: 1234
pass: abcd or
user: administrator
or
pass: administrator
pass: 1234
pass: abcd
Once you get access now you use command prompt for commanding the victim computer such as trojans or any tracing applications can be sent.
Example Ports/
web server : port 80
mail server (smtp) : port 25
mail server (pop3) : port 110
game server : port 49001

Here are some common ports that you will find when using a port scanner:
25 Email (SMTP)
53 Domain Name Server
80 Web Server (HTTP)
110 Email Server (POP3)
143 Email Server (IMAP)
443 Web Server (HTTPS)
445 Windows Communication Protocol (File Sharing etc)
8080 Proxy Server
